- Customer brought in vehicle due to transmission would have hard time shifting and makes a noise while driving and switching gears. Technician inspected vehicle transmission fluid and found vehicle fluid at level but vehicle transmission fluid dirty. Technician test drove vehicle with customer and alone and found vehicle transmission shifting good at this time in all gears. Technician recommends transmission fluid drain and fill and vehicle to be driven to be reinspected if symptoms return.
