- ACTIVE CODES P0301 CYLINDER 1 MISFIRE P2109 THROTTLE PEDAL POSITION SENSOR A MINIMUM PERFORMANCE Technician inspected vehicle compression of engine and found vehicle engine compression good at 180 psi. Technician found vehicle has low quality coils installed. Technician swapped vehicle ignition coils from cylinder 1 to cylinder 4 and misfire followed. Technician found vehicle has excessive carbon deposits build up on throttle body plate obstructing full operation and closing of plate. Technician recommends throttle body replacement with reprogramming, vehicle all ignition coils, and three part fuel injection cleaning with engine flush in system to clean all carbon deposits.
