- Customer brought in vehicle due to clicking noise coming from dashboard when turning on car. Technician inspected vehicle dashboard and found vehicle actuator creating noise. Technician inspected all actuator found good power and ground going to units. Technician found vehicle passenger side blend door near blower actuator failing to open and close properly. Technician recommends replacement of vehicle air flap actuator located on passenger side near blower.
