- Customer brought in vehicle due to vehicle having hard time starting. Technician inspected vehicle charging system and found vehicle battery low. Technician put vehicle battery to charged and preformed a voltage drop test on battery which vehicle battery failed due to not being able to hold charge. Technician found vehicle alternator within manufacture specifications at this time. Technician request vehicle AGM main battery to be changed.
